Refund and Returns Policy
أولاً: رضاكم يهمنا
1. Your Satisfaction Matters
نحن في Foto General نلتزم بتوفير تجربة تسوق مرضية لجميع عملائنا.
At Foto General, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers.
إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن منتجك، نرحب بطلب الاسترجاع أو الاسترداد وفق الشروط التالية:
If you’re not satisfied with your product, you are welcome to request a return or refund under the following conditions:
ثانياً: شروط قبول الاسترجاع
2. Conditions for Return
نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving the order.
شروط قبول المنتج المُراد إرجاعه:
To be eligible for a return:

أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
The product must be in its original, unused condition. -
أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والكتيبات.
It must include the original packaging, accessories, and manuals. -
تقديم رقم الطلب أو فاتورة الشراء.
A valid order number or purchase invoice must be provided. -
إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ من طرفنا (منتج خاطئ أو تالف)، نتحمل تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. -
إذا كان السبب تغيير رأي العميل، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
If the reason is a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
ثالثاً: المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
3. Non-Returnable Items
لا نقبل استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التالية:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
Opened or used products. -
بطاقات الذاكرة، البطاريات، أو أي منتج يتأثر بالاستخدام المباشر.
Memory cards, batteries, or any product sensitive to direct use. -
الطلبات الخاصة أو المصممة حسب الطلب.
Custom or special orders. -
المنتجات ضمن العروض أو التخفيضات، إلا إذا كانت بها عيوب تصنيع.
Discounted or promotional items, unless defective.
رابعاً: خطوات تقديم طلب الاسترجاع
4. How to Request a Return

أرسل رقم الطلب، سبب الاسترجاع، وصور توضح حالة المنتج (إن وجدت).
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable. -
سنرد عليك خلال 2-3 أيام عمل لتأكيد الطلب وتوضيح خطوات الشحن أو الاستلام.
We will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm the request and shipping steps. -
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
خامساً: سياسة الاسترداد المالي
5. Refund Policy

يتم رد المبلغ باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. -
في حال الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم التنسيق لتحويل المبلغ إلى حساب بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or e-wallet. -
رسوم المعاملات البنكية أو خدمات الدفع غير قابلة للاسترداد.
Bank charges or payment processing fees are non-refundable.
